Both a hit and a miss
Charming atmosphere and superb hosts made for a delightful stay! The spacious bedroom, complete with a balcony offering views of the cathedral, was a real treat.
Check-in is limited to a narrow window which could leave you stranded. The breakfast options lacked variety.

During our stay, we loved the classic charm of the building, which felt more like a cozy home than a hotel. The breakfast offered a delightful selection, including delicious croissants and local cheeses, perfect to start the day. We were able to explore Bayeux easily, with attractions like the cathedral and museums just a short walk away. The only downside was the limited check-in hours. we had to wait a bit, but it was worth it for the experience.

Very clean accommodations with a beautiful cathedral view. Limited check-in hours made our early arrival inconvenient.

Oh darling, where to even start? The 'free' parking is actually 7 euros, and the shower drain was clogged. Didn’t even bother with breakfast, but with instant coffee, I’m sure I didn’t miss much. I nearly gave a good review, but being ignored for my special request woudl ve been a deal breaker. Just awful.

What a lovely spot! We stayed for 1 night in a Superior Double Room with Terrace. The room was beautiful with a private balcony overlooking the cathedral. The breakfast was great with yogurt, croissants, and fresh bread options. The host was super accommodating and let us leave our bags before check-in. 😊

We had a great time staying here with friends! The place was spacious and clean, perfect for our group. It's just a short walk to the cathedral and other attractions. We enjoyed our time at Omaha Beach Golf, which is close by and definitely worth a visit. Also, breakfast was good, just make sure to get there early!
The only hiccup we faced was during check-out. The language barrier made it tricky to communicate our need to leave our luggage after check-out, so we ended up dragging our bags around. It’s best to sort out such details in advance.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to key attractions and the train station. I appreciated being able to leave my bags before check-in. The breakfast featured traditional French options, with freshly baked treats and local cheeses, setting a delightful tone for the day. However, parking was a slight hassle, as it involved a fee if using the on-site spots, and communication during check-out proved challenging due to language barriers. Overall, the combination of charm and comfort made this stay enjoyable, despite a couple of minor inconveniences.

We had a wonderful stay with our three grandchildren. The location was perfect, as we enjoyed easy access to Bayeux Cathedral and the charming cafes nearby. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious local pastries and cheeses that our family loved.
For dads, it would be great to have a more spacious common area for the kids to play.
